Plain-language summary: WiFi Wavr is a free utility that estimates WiFi signal, distance, direction and speed to help you find better WiFi. Readings are approximations, not guarantees. Use it as a helpful guide, not a precision instrument.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using WiFi Wavr (the “App”) or our website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the App or Site.

2. Licence

We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Estimates & accuracy

Signal strength, “distance from router”, the direction arrow, “best spot” and speed-test results are estimates derived from your device’s sensors and radios. They depend on your phone, walls, interference, network conditions and other factors, and can be inaccurate or vary over time. They are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for any critical, professional, or safety-related decision.

4. Acceptable use

Use the App only on networks and devices you are authorized to use.
Don’t misuse, reverse-engineer (except as permitted by law), disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, the Site, or any related service.

5. Third-party links & affiliate recommendations

The App and Site may link to third-party websites, app stores, speed-test services and online retailers, including affiliate links from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or policies.

6. No warranty

The App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Canadian Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or Site, including reliance on any estimate or recommendation it provides.

8. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms over time. When we update the Terms we will revise the “Last updated” date above; significant changes will be reflected here. Continuing to use the App or Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
